WELCOME TO GEORGETOWN HIGH SCHOOL

All juniors have been given a Four Year College Entrance Assessments letter that must be completed, signed by a parent, and returned to the school by Thursday, Oct. 24. These juniors may choose to take the ACT on Feb. 25, 2020 or the SAT on March 4, 2020 during the school day. Based on the student’s personal post-secondary plans, the ACT or SAT may not be necessary, and they can opt out of the tests. The letter denoting the choice needs to be turned back in to the student’s 2nd block teacher. Students may see their counselor during lunch to answer any questions, and parents may contact counselors as well if they have any questions.

Principal's Message

Welcome to another exciting school year at Georgetown High.  I am looking forward to our time together.

Although our primary focus is student academic achievement, Georgetown High School offers a variety of extracurricular activities.  I encourage all students to be involved.  Do not forget that we have opportunities for parents to be involved as well.

Once again, it is my pleasure to work with you during the 2019-2020 school year.  If I can be of assistance, please feel free to call, email, or come by.

Sincerely,
Mr. Craig Stone
